Fabia sent a really useful text with directions in advance of the appointment - I'd never have found it otherwise. She then made me feel very relaxed. Will be returning and would recommend.

I had a Brazilian wax by Paula. She was very experienced and lovely, doesn't speak English too well but knows what she's doing!!
The room was small and have been in a better venues but I felt comfortable.
Overall a great experience and will be going again!

This was my first ever "lady wax" of any kind and I was a nervous reck for the entire day and I refused to go alone. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a detailed message with directions which made finding the venue a breeze. I also had the opportunity to speak to Fabya before I arrived which calmed me a little. Well it was a million times better experience than I anticipated and I did not scream only a few squeals, I had no problems with the actual treatment it's self. I would say don't judge a book by it's cover when you first go into the waiting area it looks a bit suspect as it is a very small corridor, but once you go through the door to the treatment room it's an absolutely beautiful and clean space. My only gripe is i was not given a towel when i changed, i know we are all women but not everyone is happy to walk around naked in front of others. I will be back.
