Excruciating. Low quality wax that disintegrated when pulled making what’s already somewhat painful ten times worse. Therapist was quite rough in the way she applied and removed the wax, and then repeated areas way too many times, leaving me bruised and in pain 24hrs later. And to top it all off was left covered in bits of wax at the end. Waxing is obviously never a fun experience, but this was dreadful and I will never be back.
