She was incredibly reassuring, lovely, and caring. Our conversation flowed well, and I truly appreciated her understanding of my situation. As someone with sensitive skin, it meant a lot that she was so careful and considerate. She even provided me with some powder to take home and offered thoughtful advice for my skincare in the future. It was such a refreshing experience, especially since many estheticians can be rushed and merely focused on getting you out the door. I genuinely felt valued
