I purchased an 'underarm' waxing service among other services, which went well. I was treated with professional care, detail and compassion, in a clean space. My eyebrow was naturally shaped, with excess hair being waxed. I plan to go back again! My upper lip hair was not fully removed, but I think that was due to the fact that my hair was fine and short.

I’ve always been an avid wax-goer, but after my first sugaring session with Kateryna, I can honestly say I’ll never go back to waxing again! The space was spotless and so clean, which made me feel immediately comfortable. Kateryna was absolutely lovely, kind, reassuring, and she explained everything so well. What I thought might be uncomfortable actually felt super therapeutic. She checked in throughout and did a perfect job. I left feeling cared for, relaxed, and so happy with the results.

Amazing experience! Very welcoming and calm atmosphere, Kateryna was very kind and understanding, I felt instantly comfortable with her. Her technique is brilliant, the least painful waxing experience I’ve ever had, and I have sensitive skin and a low pain tolerance. Definitely recommend!
