Really happy with the procedure and how it was carried out - by friendly doctors who explained everything fully and listened to my concerns. I was allowed to monitor progress throughout to ensure the desired outcome. Nice premises and skilled, trustworthy practitioners. Had a little swelling for few days after, but this was expected and soon subsided to a great result. I will be returning again when top-up needed.

Dr. Asta is great. She explains the treatments thoroughly, what to expect, and doesn't recommend treatments that she doesn't feel are right for you. She also gave me her cell number and texted me several times to check on my progress.

I did a face improvement two weeks ago.I found Dr.Astha very professional ,before starting she explained me all those instruction necessary,so that I felt very safe and confortabile .I done my eye bags area( tear through injection 1.2 ml Teosyal Ultra Deep lines )and the Smile lines( nasolabial folds 1ml Teosyal Deep lines) She worked out such easy that I did not felt any pain.After aproximativ.30-40 min ,I was amazed to see an instant lift of my face ,the eye bags almost dissapered but get new cheeks ,I onestly saw me 10 years younger.I will definetelly go again as I found the profesionalism on top and the prices very affordable .Monica P.
This clinic has an invalid telephone number on their website and confirmation emails sent by Wahanda. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I waited outside the Harley St Clinic for 7 minutes as no one answered the door. Eventually when someone let me in I was informed that the doctor was running late by 30mins as Wahanda had messed up bookings. There was a patient before me with a very bored little girl, they had clearly been waiting for a long time. It was clear that I would be kept waiting for more than an hour. Wahanda are very efficient with their follow up emails and texts but this lot don't even have a phone that works! Once I actually met the doctor she told me that the reason she was running late was she had a very sensitive patient to deal with, that she was tired and hungry! Very unprofessional experience all round.
