Great clinic and very friendly staff. I've been to other clinics before where I have not been treated with so much respect and attention. Allisun did Botox and fillers for me. She is lovely and very keen to achieve the look that I have in mind. She advised me on various options that I had for me and helped me choose the best one in terms of effect, risks and overall cost. I originally chose a different filler but she explained difference between various brands they use and we together decided on a better alternative for me. I am also very happy with the Botox results and I am already panning on having more work done when the time is right. I have definitely found my perfect place !

I first came to Aestha in May for some Juvederm in my lips and I'm SO happy with them. I had some complications that started causing me severe pain and Katie went above & beyond to get me back into the clinic ASAP and rectify what had gone wrong. Ever since then, my lips have been perfect. Everyone is shocked when I tell them I had it done because it seriously looks so natural; they know just how to emphasize shape & volume yet still keep it looking like you. Katie was also fantastic (both times) at talking me through the products, what she was doing, and letting me watch the results along the way so you are in control over where you want the product and how much in each area.
If I had to think of some cons, I'd say the waiting area is very confusing, which can be daunting if it's your first time there (they share the waiting room with other offices in the building and often you're just left sitting there for a long time with no one to receive you because the clinic has no real way of knowing you're there). Also, the receptionist is extremely unhelpful and quite rude - when I tried to call because of the aforementioned medical emergency, she abruptly told me everyone was busy and would not even give me a time to call back when it was less hectic or take my details for someone to contact me later. I was told to just send a text (!) or write an email, which I was forced to do... it was extremely stressful as I was in a little bit of a panic (and pain) and was told during my initial treatment if I had any complications to call at any time and I'd receive help, which didn't turn out to be true in this case.
BUT don't let that put you off. The staff went above and beyond, like I said, and profusely apologised for the secretary's error, promising to follow up to ensure this did not happen again. I feel 100% comfortable returning - and I will for my next treatment soon! :)

Ive come to this clinic for the last year or so. Katie did my filler this time, and I highly recommend her, she spoke me through the procedure and showed me the product before using it. She made me feel at so much ease and I knew I was in good hands.
Loved the result afterwards, it looks very natural and will most certainly be returning.

I couldn't recommend this place more. Dr Victoria did my treatment and despite the fact I was slightly under the weather (self inflicted after a few too many prosecco's... I would definitely advise against this before a treatment!) I become unwell during the treatment (due to my hang over) and she was incredible in helping me recover! Very professional, got me back to health so she could continue with the treatment. I had very minimal swelling/ bruising and I am so in love with my new lips, the shape and size are very natural and exactly what I was after. Thank you all lovely ladies at Aestha Clinic! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The experience was good - the technician took me through everything in great detail and I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. The place itself is very clean and professional.
Unfortunately, I haven't been very happy with the results - I can hardly see a difference. I had 5ml in my top lip.
