I am a very keen runner who never had a sports massage before but after using Christopher I'd highly recommend him to anyone with niggles pains etc. My legs were shot when I went to him. After getting through the muscles and breaking down the scar tissue my legs are feeling brand new. Ready for me to hit the ground running hard again. I use Christopher as often as I can. First class with everything and fully informative too.
Chris is lovely, welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. He is amazing knowledgeable and has helped various member of our rugby team recover and keep well. I'd say Chris played a pivotal role in the success of our 16/17 season.
