About

aegle•light (from the Ancient Greek Αἴγλη: brightness, dazzling light; the goddess of good health and the glow of health) was founded to share Sana's passion for safe, evidence-based methods to improve wellbeing and extend healthspan. She takes a holistic approach to health and recovery, and believes that even seemingly small positive changes can have outsize benefits. Sana completed her medical degree in Edinburgh and has followed longevity research closely for the better part of a decade, experimenting with different protocols along the way. Sana is a Certified Light Therapist (BANHS) and completed her Diploma in Red Light Therapy. She is a medical + health communicator, researcher, and interaction designer, having published in these fields. At aegle•light, she blends these experiences to communicate the science behind and the benefits of photobiomodulation therapy, in service of the health and wellness of every client.
