The therapist was lovely and the clinic was very peaceful and clean but unfortunately the gel manicure was not very good. My cuticle was cut so it bled, which was not acknowledged, and the finish was not neat at all which I did not fully realise until after I had left as it was a neutral colour - the polish did not get very close to the cuticle in some cases and there was excess polish in other areas. I did not complain to the salon just got it removed and reapplied at a nail place the next day.
