I am still yet to receive a phone back after the worst experience. I have not even received this treatment and have
PRE-PAID!! i attend my “appointment” struggling to find it locations, it is supposedly in a complex however the receptionist nor other companies had 0 idea that this business even exists. I then attempt to call the company 3 times, no answer. Bearing in mind i have left work 10 min early to get here on time! This includes a half an hour drive at peak time! After around 40 mins of trying to work out with the employees of the Heritage exchange whether this company actually exists, a lovely girl at the beauty therapy business googled the business and i find out that it shut at 5pm.
My appointment was scheduled for 5:30pn!! this is utterly ridiculous! Firstly, why would you select certain opening times and potential booking times for customers if you are not open! I am yet to receive a phone call explaining this situation and i am livid. I ave left 1 voicemail explaining this. I also don’t understand why i was not called on monday to expand informed that i would need to check my appointment!!! I am wanting a full refund. If not there will be consequence.
Not the treatment I originally booked but ended up having the facial rejuvenation treatment, which gave me instant results, clearer and smoother skin from sun damage, discolouration and large pores. Was advised my skin would improve long term with a course of treatments. The therapist was very informative about analysing my skin and advising the best treatment.
