Kate was so lovely on our first meeting. She was extremely professional and informative regarding the process of the treatment. The treatment itself was very relaxing, we could see results straight away. Kate was enthusiastic, kind and caring. Once I have finished my course of treatments I am planning what area I want to treat next with Kate’s knowledge and advice. Unfortunately, not a good experience. The process was fine and quick, however I did though it was odd my lips were not massaged after. My lips bruised badly and were very sore after with big hard lumps. 6 days later, I still have a lot of very hard lumps in my lips. They look bad and I my smile looks bad due to the lumps being very visible. I have had to take sick leave from work. I called Kate panicking and she was not helpful, told me to massage them but it is not helping. Disappointed.

I recently tried microneedling and let me tell you, it was amazing! My skin felt so refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. Kate at the clinic were super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The facility was clean and well-maintained too. I definitely noticed a difference in my skin's texture and appearance after the treatment.
