Did not receive the hair treatment I thought I had booked and paid for; and was informed that this treatwell had made an error. Basically paid for a 90 min deep conditioning hair treatment (discounted to £25 from original price of £50); and received a 30 min hair steam service, subsequently stepped up by another 15 mins when i showed my booking. The steam machine stopped working in-between (got overheated). Served by a very nice and competent hairdresser.
