Keep in mind when coming for an appointment that you have to go to a reception desk first to check in, then get the lift to Adriana's rooms so make sure you give yourself time before the appointment.
Adriana came and met me at the lifts on her floor, and was so welcoming and charming from the start. She was very knowledgeable and instantly put me at ease. A great service and I'm glad I found her!
