Katie Is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable she really listens to what you say and adapts treatment to accommodate. Very happy with results. First time had classic lashes for a more natural look, they lasted nearly 6 weeks. Recently had classic again with just a few hybrids to give a bit more volume. Love not having to wear mascara!
