Not sure where to start, but I won’t be coming back. The nail technician was friendly, however the service felt rushed as she wanted to close early. Shellac removal was done by just filing the whole nail with no proper cuticle work! The filing was so rough that the skin under my nails bled inside and looked red and sore after. Very limited polish colors, poor hygiene, messy application, and the polish didn’t even dry properly (came off as i was paying). Overall a horrible experience.
