Didn’t get the massage I paid for. The masseuse didn’t leave the room when I wanted to change which was awkward. She didn’t cover me with a towel so I had to ask her which seems daft to me. It was really cold and I felt very unhappy during and after.
Every time I come here all the therapists seem obsessed with is how much everything will cost.
They need to re-evaluate what the word “relaxation” means and apply it to their customers’ experience.

Absolutely amazing! The girls here managed to completely fix and transform my eyebrows after a bad incident at another salon (which left me basically eyebrow-less). My Spa pedicure was so relaxing and made me feel stress free (for once). 100% recommend!
