I wish I could give this a better review. In the end I did get a 1hr Dermatologica facial but the experience could have been much better.
Pros: Heated room. Got a facial
Cons: Whenever the therapist put product on her hands, she often did this over my face. I lost track of how many times product or water accidentally splashed on my face. The bed was uncomfortable, it might do for 30 mins but this was 1 hour. By the end there was product in my hair, eyes, nose and ears. No background music.
