First of all after I booked online, the day before my wax I got a call from the salon stating they weren't open at that time, so needed to change my booking from 6:20 to 5:15. When I got there they wrote my name wrong despite having it online, the salon was clean but empty, the waxer didn't say much but was nice enough. I waa askws a couple of times if i had paid and how much. When i looked at their brochure it was a few pounds cheaper than online. Sadly they didn't wax very well, there so still some patches on my legs and it seems they broke the hair in places rather than pulling them out.
Not sure I'll go back there, although prices weren't bad, but wax still want great.
Firstly, I think it's only fair to mention that they were understaffed on the day that we went and incredibly busy. Unfortunately this meant that no one was on reception to great us. We were waved to a waiting area by someone who was mid threading, where we waited for 20 minutes with no explanation as to what was happening. I'd paid for a pedicure and manicure for my sisters birthday as a surprise and bit of a treat but there wasn't any sense of pampering or interest taken by the lady carrying out the treatments. All in all the experience was lacklustre and a bit of an appointment unfortunately.
I arrived for my appointment but unfortunately I got the impression they weren't really expecting me. I made the mistake of showing them my Wahanda order on my phone which showed that I received a Wahanda 40% discount, therefore I hadn't paid full price for the treatment which I think may have informed the way they carried out the treatment. However, within 5 minutes they had found someone to do my manicure. The woman who did it was lovely, albeit a little distracted. My treatment was to an OK standard - although the manicure aspect (filing and buffing) was rushed and completed within 2 minutes. In total, the treatment only took 20 minutes, even though it was supposed to be 45 minutes.
I think it was worth the money I paid for it, but I wouldn't recommend the treatment at its full price of £25.
The salon is a little run-down and quite unclean.
Was very happy to found so professional trained saloon for HD eyebrows oline. Had found them online when looking for local HD eyebrows and when booked and had treatment found it very professional and I am very pleased with the treatment.
