I was attended by Richa. She did my Facial and threading which was really good. It was a gentle massage with right amount of time spent in each step during facial. She was polite and I would want to go again.

It wasn't what I was expecting at all. Not very clean and the treatment rooms were not up to standard at all. Didn't feel safe for my wax or at ease. Waxer seemed inexperienced.

The massagge & amount of different lotions used was excellent. There was no communication concerning the treatment, no relaxing music & the extraction phase was pure torture - way too strong for my sensitive skin.
