I had paid for a dermalogica prescriptive facial however my therapists did not do face mapping, nor even discuss what I wanted to get out of the facial with me. The therapists light broke half way through the treatment so it wasn't relaxing in the slightest, she was very apologetic but having a steamer on your face and face mask on in bright light was neither relaxing nor comfortable in any way. The extraction part of the facial lasted about 2 minutes as she told me I had no blackheads but when j got home I still have loads on my nose. The therapist was very nice but all in all a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money in my eyes, I wouldn't reccomend this salon.
