A friendly and welcoming place. It feels like an oasis of calm in contrast to the busy main road it’s on. My appointment was quick and as painless as these things can be and I left feeling on top of the world. I’ll be back.

Only feedback is when paying for private session you expect privacy. Just outside the spa part (changing area) there was an another staff member on her phone so I could hear her phone noise during my lovely hammaan with Elham. Also, she was sitting outside the changing area when I was getting changed so that part did not feel very private. Elham on the other hand was perfect id book again just for her. I did give this feedback to the front desk team so let’s see if feedback is taken on board.
