I booked my manicure and pedicure a few weeks before only to be told when I came in that my appointment was cancelled. Apparently they no longer manage nails services and that’s fair enough but I should have been told or my booking moved. I can’t understand not telling your client that the booking they made in advance and paid for is no longer happening. Very poor communication.They apologised but that doesn’t make up for the whole thing.hope in the future they treat their clients better
