All the wonderful ladies at adore made my sisters bridal prep amazing. The hammam was brilliant, the ladies were so attentive, took their time to put us at ease, and so considerate to our needs. Karima’s vibes all added so much fun to the day, we love her! Thanks again to the wonderful team for providing such a beautiful, clean, and luxurious service.

It was a nice experience overall, but what brought it down to a three-star rating for me was the cold. I was unpleasantly surprised that all the stone benches were cold, which is not what you expect from a hammam. Being wet and lying on a cold surface when you come to warm up is uncomfortable. The steam wasn’t pumped consistently either. There is no proper changing room, just a curtained corner. The therapist, however, was wonderful which helped a lot

The ladies who did both my Japanese head spa and hamam were so lovely and made me feel super relaxed and at ease :) always scary as an autistic person doing these kind of things lol but I had a great time and will hopefully be back soon 🙂↕️
