I had an amazing facial with Karima — she made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help improve my skin, giving me really helpful advice along the way. It felt like such a lovely relaxing break, and I left feeling refreshed and cared for. I will definitely be coming back to see her again. I had such a wonderful experience at the hammam. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and well-organised. The team were incredibly knowledgeable and clearly experienced—they really know what they’re doing, which made me feel completely at ease.
The treatment itself was excellent, and I appreciated how attentive and thorough the staff were throughout. They also gave me some very helpful advice tailored to my needs, which I found genuinely valuable.

Booked a hammam and massage, but the experience was rushed and uncoordinated. The hammam skipped key steps like the blue powder. Following it immediately with an oil massage felt illogical; I left feeling greasy and had to shower again at home. The oil smelled unpleasant, and the head massage left my hair badly tangled. Overall, the quality was poor and felt like a waste of money. I don't recommend booking multiple treatments here as the focus seems to be on speed over care.

Beautifully decorated, very clean, and excellent facilities. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. I’ve had both the hammam and a massage—one of the best experiences I’ve had. Being ladies-only is a big plus. I’ll definitely be back!
