The room that was used was flooded and there were damp towels on the floor. I also think that the could do with buying new towels because the ones that I used looked dated.

All the wonderful ladies at adore made my sisters bridal prep amazing. The hammam was brilliant, the ladies were so attentive, took their time to put us at ease, and so considerate to our needs. Karima’s vibes all added so much fun to the day, we love her! Thanks again to the wonderful team for providing such a beautiful, clean, and luxurious service.
