I had a great experience my therapist was reassuring and thorough. The only thing I would suggest is that they add hooks to the rooms to hang clothes. Otherwise the venue was really good, clean and calming. Will definitely come back again for another wax.

Part service missed out. The therapist lied & said she had given it all but she hadn’t. The manager was polite when made aware of issues but I felt brushed off by all 3 staff members on the day. Part refund given but I was made to feel like a liar.
