What I saw on social media was very different from what the hammam is actually like. Not as luxurious as it is marketed; heavy moldy smell and dingy downstairs. The ladies who did the treatment were very sweet; they are not responsible for the establishment. Needs a major refurb. TRESemmé was used for washing the hair and conditioning it; was very disappointing. Something more natural should have been used. The hamam just was very moldy and not as clean, and the smell of mold was very present.
