Elham was incredible, so friendly, attentive and made me feel completely comfortable. She is the only reason I would return. On arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and offered me a drink. Sadly, at the end, when I went upstairs to dry my hair, both of the reception staff did not acknowledge me. After a few minutes, I overheard one say “what is she doing” and another reply “I think she is waiting for her hair to dry.” I felt unwelcome, didn’t dry my hair fully and left
