Lisa is the absolute best, she definitely knows how to make you feel at ease and forget about the discomfort. I was a first timer so you can imagine I walked in feeling absolutely terrified and ready to be the most embarassed I had ever been. That’s not what happened though, my experience was overall amazing. Yes, there was pain (I went for the Hollywood) but Lisa managed it all so well and was so efficient that I forgot all about it and it was done before I knew it. The results were totally worth it, if I had known it doesn’t have to be a horror story I would have done it a long time ago.
