I’m absolutely delighted with my highlights! Bea was lovely, gave me great advice and really listened to what I wanted. The colour turned out amazing, exactly how I imagined it. The whole appointment was quick, relaxed and full of positive energy, which made the time fly by. I left the salon super happy with the final result. Highly recommend!

Do not book for a massage. Really disappointing experience - no idea what deep tissue means. There was no consultation on focus areas or level of pressure. I was looking for a nice relaxing experience but have come out in more pain. Avoid.

I’ve been a client for over a year, usually seeing another stylist, but last visit I got the owner. She was running late and checking another client’s hair from a previous appointment, clearly not caring about mine. My appointment felt rushed, I explained my cut twice and she still didn’t get it. The blow-dry was awful and didn’t last. Seriously, at least show some professionalism and know how to keep your clients. Disappointing.
