Love love LOVE! The whole experience is great from beginning to end. What I love the most is that they really listen to what you want and about any concerns you may have. They are also honest about possible results etc rather then telling you what you want to hear. Loving my new hair 😍
And still top marks for the nice cuppa too 😋

A very relaxing massage, the therapist really put me at ease and checked that I was happy with everything. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was heated.
