I’m a regular at Adelaide Beauty Studio, and have seen Kate for my hair once before. She’s very sweet, but I think she was having an off day. I left the salon with a nasty orange bleach band that is obviously a different colour to the rest of my pale blonde hair. She only put toner on my fringe, turning that purple, and didn’t rinse my head properly, so I had dried bleach left on my neck and ears.
Sadly I’ll have to go to another salon to try and get this sorted out. 😞
