Do not book for a massage. Really disappointing experience - no idea what deep tissue means. There was no consultation on focus areas or level of pressure. I was looking for a nice relaxing experience but have come out in more pain. Avoid.

I’ve been a client for over a year, usually seeing another stylist, but last visit I got the owner. She was running late and checking another client’s hair from a previous appointment, clearly not caring about mine. My appointment felt rushed, I explained my cut twice and she still didn’t get it. The blow-dry was awful and didn’t last. Seriously, at least show some professionalism and know how to keep your clients. Disappointing.

Got the best advice from Victoria on how to trim and curl my thick long hair as I was nervous and hadn’t cut my hair in over 2 years. It looks perfect and exactly how I wanted it. She didn’t rush me and allowed me to keep checking so that I’m happy with the length. Highly recommend
