Jimmy is qualified to level 3 in Sports Massage and he is currently in his third year of a 4-year Masters Degree in Chiropractic. He is experienced in the Health and Fitness industry working as a Fencing Coach and has completed triathlons, half marathons and is a semi-pro boxer. Jimmy is able to work with a broad range of clients of all fitness levels and ages and is excellent to adapt his treatments to get excellent results

She is experienced in Facial Aesthetic Advanced Skin Treatments, is completely in tune and perceptive to your skin’s needs and tailors each treatment to achieve the best possible results. She is trained in Aromatherapy and Reflexology; and carries out an excellent deep tissue massage. Linda also is experienced and trained at Advanced Electrolysis, and can remove skin tags, milia and thread veins as well as permanent hair removal.

Dorothy’s professional journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to the field of healthcare, with a unique blend of qualifications that set her apart. Her academic accomplishments began in 2008 when she graduated as a Physiotherapist in Poland. This marked the initial step in her healthcare career, where she dedicated herself to helping individuals recover from physical ailments. Working in a Physiotherapy centre provided her with a solid foundation, and as a self-employed Physiotherapist and Manual Therapist, she continued developing her personalised approach to patient care. In 2013, Dorothy’s dedication to the healthcare field expanded further when she graduated as a Paramedic in Poland. Her knowledge and skills in emergency medical care added a new dimension to her abilities, showcasing her readiness to assist in critical situations. In 2023, Dorothy achieved another significant milestone by graduating from the University College of Osteopathy, formerly known as the British School of Osteopathy, with an MSc in Osteopathy. This advanced degree solidified her expertise in Osteopathic care, enriching her toolkit for patient treatment. During her treatments she offers Therapeutic Utrasound, Dry Needling and/or Electro-Dry Needling, where she uses an electric current to relax / ease the painful area. What distinguishes Dorothy as a healthcare professional is her unparalleled ability to adjust her treatment techniques to meet the unique needs of each patient. Her extensive experience has exposed her to a diverse range of medical conditions and ailments, enabling her to approach each case with precision and sensitivity. My passion is helping people find ‘stillness’ in their day and helping make their life feel brighter. To enable me to help support my clients as best as I can - Over the years I have trained as a Nutritionist, a Mental health First Aider, a Pilates Instructor and trained in Yoga (including breathwork, mindfulness and teaching both children and adults). In a life where most things are available to us so quickly and at the touch of a button. I believe the path to finding more happiness is by finding more stillness.
