The staff are lovely, the two girls who welcomed me knew exactly how to look after their customers. The place is being done up at the moment so there was some drilling at the start of my massage which was slightly off putting but an apology was given and my massage extended. One of the best massages I've received!

Generally a good experience and good job done. However the staff who were doing my treatment seemed to be in a mad rush so the waxing actually hurt quite a bit. And missed a fair few spots. They were also talking in another language to one another the entire treatment which I found quite rude. Overall experience was ok. Could've been better.

Lady was really lovely and I am happy with my lashes. Received many compliments on them. Did get my lashes stuck together during application but honestly made up for it, was very caring, patient (my eyes keep fluttering - which is natural) and because of the issue gave me extra lashes. Very personable service, a caring lady who wants you to look good!

She was lovely! I was always so nervous for hollywood waxes, but she did a great job! Ive never been so satisfied with my Hollywood waxes but she did a great job, and was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing and assured me of everything.
