The salon was clean and the staff were nice but the outcome of my full leg and hollywood wax was not satisfactory. When I got home and was able to examine the waxing i realised my legs were actually prickly when I was hoping for a completely smooth leg. Also, my bikini are was left with a lot of hairs, I am able to do a much better job myself shaving but instead I was left prickly and -£50 in my bank account. I also got a huge raised red rash on my leg which didn’t go down for about 5 days and now i’m left with a huge patch of rough lizard skin.

They were extremely busy, called me to push my appointment back by 15 minutes and I explained I had to leave on time as I was going away and she said that’s fine as she doesn’t take as long as it states on treatwell. When I got there I was waiting another 25 minutes so I felt my appointment was rushed. The next morning so not even 24 hours later my eyes were bloodshot and my eyelashes had all frayed and gone curly. Really bad quality!! I was away for the weekend and I was embarrassed for anyone to look me in the eye! The lady was lovely but the lashes were such poor quality!

The staff are lovely, the two girls who welcomed me knew exactly how to look after their customers. The place is being done up at the moment so there was some drilling at the start of my massage which was slightly off putting but an apology was given and my massage extended. One of the best massages I've received!

Generally a good experience and good job done. However the staff who were doing my treatment seemed to be in a mad rush so the waxing actually hurt quite a bit. And missed a fair few spots. They were also talking in another language to one another the entire treatment which I found quite rude. Overall experience was ok. Could've been better.
