Unsure of how clean/hygienic it is as it is not hot wax and stick, it’s a roll on. But the lady was lovely and friendly

Salon was small but well presented and clean. Staff were warm, friendly and professional however the wax was not very good. I arrived on time but the person before me was late. My 25 minute appointment was rushed through in 10 minutes and after leaving I found that most of the hairs had just been broken at the surface rather than removed. Consequently I will need another wax elsewhere very soon. Sad because I had a great experience otherwise :(
