The stylist was rushed to leave as this was the last booking of the day, she felt the need to endlessly reiterate the fact that my hair was thick and she was struggling to wash and dry it. She did however offer valuable advice throughout the treatment on conditioning procedures specific to my hair type. Overall it was a mediocre end result due to the salon under estimating time frames. My advice would be to take client hair specifics before making a booking to allow ample time, to provide a quality service and to ensure client expectations are met. I have rated this 3 out of 5 stars.

Excellent stylist who gave a thorough consultation prior to my treatment which resulted in a more suited treatment which left my hair looking and feeling great.
