By far the best massage I have ever had. Zoltan is highly qualified and skilled in massage therapy and his knowledge about body mechanics is amazing. He did a thorough consultation to find out what my problems are (some I didn't even realise until he corrected them) and then worked through the stiffness I had. I immediately noticed an improvement in my muscle tension and body alignment. Thank you Zoltan! Highly recommended!
Very friendly, expert knowledge. Highly recommend!
Dr Zoltan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and polite. The whole experience was very remarkable and good value for money.
Zoltan is friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. He assessed and treated my neck pain in the session with massage and some stretches, then followed up with a free video call a week later to check in on how I was doing. He also gave me some more exercises and general advice to improve my posture while working. Highly recommend!
Fantastic neck& back, shoulders massage - so relaxed & all soreness disappears Thank you and see you next week

About

Zoltan has a particular interest in helping those wishing to improve their fine-motor control and body alignment. If you have ongoing pain but can't figure out where it comes from; if you are trying to get into position but can't quite get there; if you are wanting to optimise smooth and precise body performance, Zoltan can help. Zoltan holds the BTEC 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from the London School of Sports Massage, and the Certificate in Advanced Myofascial Release from Jing School of Advanced Massage Training, underpinned by a degree in Natural Sciences and a lifetime of physically demanding pursuits in the form of both sports and music. Qualifications notwithstanding, Zoltan will prioritise sensitive and purposive touch over any particular massage "technique." Zoltan is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
