I was given tea on arrival whilst waiting which was a great touch. They did take a while to see me which was a bit difficult as I had booked the appointment for my lunch break. Receptionist was lovely and the lady doing my ear candling was friendly.

Booked facial but was offered a massage instead on the day - there was no option to rate the facial “n/a“ because it didn’t happen, so, I have given it a mid rating. The massage was great but obviously wasn’t pleased that what I booked for two weeks in advance wasn’t available. The venue has done this before, eg. I booked for a specific treatment on the app but they changed my date without asking me. I cancelled it the minute they did this as I couldn’t fit it in. This time round, they did call me to ask if could change the appointment but I told them I could only do the time I booked; they ended the call informing me that was fine so I turned up expecting to get the treatment I had booked.
