Gemma was so friendly and helpful. She made sure the massage was tailored to me and even gave me a bit longer because we started late. Would definitely recommend!

I found the massage really helped alleviate some of the pain I was feeling in my back and legs. Gemma then gave me some exercises to do to help strengthen my glutes which have been giving me problems. She really knows her stuff!

Excellent treatment, as always. Very friendly and helpful. Always goes the extra mile to help out if possible. Was COVID secure, masks, hand sanitiser, etc. Strongly recommend.
