Based inside a leisure centre so has ample parking. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Very effective massage, got rid of all the knots in my upper back and shoulders and relieved the tension in the muscles. Will definitely be returning.

Very good - massage was nice and firm - loved the heated bed and Gemma very pleasant - also good value for a massage
Excellent sports massage at a competitive price. Gemma takes the time to tailor the massage to your needs and provides helpful insights, telling you which areas are tight and why. She also gives advice on exercises to address muscle imbalances and provide relief for those muscles which are over compensating.
