After developing some pain in my neck and shoulders I looked for a last minute (same day) appointment- I lucked out and found Gemma/Aculife. I had a 30minute hot stone massage and I’ve now got to budget for these regularly! The massage was very good- just the right balance of relaxing but also thorough, and most importantly it made a difference to my pain. Gemma is friendly and very good. I’d definitely recommend!

Great massage again from Gemma, as always she took the time to identify where I had issues so she could focus on these during the treatment. It really helped to loosen tight muscles and relieve pain. Lovely relaxing atmosphere as always.

Not been in slightly over a year, but totally fixed my build up of issues. Million times better afterwards. Superb treatment, as always. Even made suggestions to try and reduce the build up of issues longer term. Absolutely no complaints, will be rebooking imminently!
