Had an incredible massage with Gemma, which was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Her knowledge & skill as a masseur is very impressive. Afterwards, she identified several things about my body/posture which were contributing to my chronic back pain, & gave some very astute advice about what stretches & strengthening exercises would alleviate the pain, explaining clearly why they would help. I left feeling hopeful for the first time in ages, & my back felt much less stiff & painful the next day.
