Was asked what type of massage I wanted strange as I booked Aroma . The treatment room has no ambience about it you could hear everything going on in the building .

Although the lady giving the massage was lovely, the overall experience was terrible. Painful massage and ‘acupuncture.’ The woman giving the massage kept disappearing, she used Johnson’s baby oil and the massage was painful. Would not recommend.

The treatment was really good. I felt much more relaxed and fluid when I left. It isn't like a typical massage studio with the music and frills, but it does the job really well and you will get a good massage.

The people here were very nice, but it took me a lot of trouble to get a decent massage out of them. It started with being absolutely slathered with oil and a women frantically rubbing up and down my back, which wasn’t what I expected from a relaxing hot stone massage. After a lot of trying to explain where I wanted to be massaged (full body, which seemed to confuse her), I asked to change massage therapists, but was told they only had a male available (I am a female). Finally, when the stones were placed on me, they’d got so hot that they were extremely painful. And whilst the male masseur gave a good massage, I wasn’t offered any discount for the pain, awkwardness or trouble caused. Disappointing for £50.
