Rob is a really kind therapist. I had a massage with acupuncture and it has really made a difference. I have been so run down with lack of sleep and recovering from flu and after the treatment I slept really well and was able to breathe a lot deeper than I had previously. I will definitely book again.

Incredible experience. I’m someone who struggles with mindfulness in being able to be fully present in a moment, switching off without my mind wandering but I felt a lot lighter and fully relaxed after the session. Really recommend this experience!
