Rob was kind enough to rearrange my appointment and I’m so glad he could because it was a great massage. I booked a full body massage but due to where I have been sore we focused on my shoulder and neck and I can really feel a difference. He also did a little acupuncture and reiki and stretching which I really appreciated and felt helped me relax. Thanks Rob! X

Rob was great, really helped me to slow down and calm down. He tweaked my initial reflexology appointment to include acupuncture and finished off with some reiki which felt as though something within was being shifted outward.
