Treatment helped slightly and Dr Zhang was professional and kind. However, I felt uncomfortable as he was the only person in the clinic and the main door was locked during the session. This wasn’t made clear beforehand. For some, especially women, this setup may feel distressing. I believe clearer communication and an additional staff member (female) would improve patient comfort. For neurodivergent people who struggle with new environments and new people, this is challenging!

Very positive experience, Dr Zhang made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the treatment. The Tui Na and acupuncture helped reduce my pain noticeably compared to when I arrived. I’ve booked a course of 6- recommend!
