I went for my first reflexology appointment and the Dr was so professional and knowledgable, I learnt a lot.
This was followed by a medical massage and acupuncture, which was great for my neck and back.
I was so impressed by the professionalism and my treatment, I’ve booked to go back for 5 more treatments

Fabulous treatment. Catered to what I wanted but also made changes to treatment to suit my needs after consultation. Both really friendly - have already booked in for next week!

Treatment helped slightly and Dr Zhang was professional and kind. However, I felt uncomfortable as he was the only person in the clinic and the main door was locked during the session. This wasn’t made clear beforehand. For some, especially women, this setup may feel distressing. I believe clearer communication and an additional staff member (female) would improve patient comfort. For neurodivergent people who struggle with new environments and new people, this is challenging!
