Dr Hao is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She is very thorough in her consultations and takes the time to really understand what’s going on, rather than rushing through appointments. I felt truly listened to and very well taken care of. I’ve seen other acupuncturists before, but none compare to Dr Hao. Her approach, attention to detail, and care set her apart. I would highly recommend her!

I can’t commend Dr Hao highly enough. Over 2025-26 he has advised on a wide range of health related issues and provided outstanding treatments that make a real difference. Her sports and deep tissue massage is among the best in south-west London.
