Professional was not able to lift my roots enough and I was left with almost orange roots. Claimed my roots are not able to go platinum when my long hair has been platinum for years now and in good condition. Professional was polite but due to her lack of skill in platinum blonde I wouldn’t go back. But my hair was left in an equal good condition so that’s a plus at least.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but every time I look in the mirror I am utterly disappointed. First, what Sami did was highlights and not a balayage as advertised. My hair colour is absolutely consistent from routes to ends. Second, even after two attempt I don’t have the colour tone I asked for. Finally, I appreciate I was the last client on that day but everything was rushed leading to a disappointing result. I would advise Sami to respect clients’ time, money and hair.
