I wasn’t going to leave a review but every time I look in the mirror I am utterly disappointed. First, what Sami did was highlights and not a balayage as advertised. My hair colour is absolutely consistent from routes to ends. Second, even after two attempt I don’t have the colour tone I asked for. Finally, I appreciate I was the last client on that day but everything was rushed leading to a disappointing result. I would advise Sami to respect clients’ time, money and hair.
